Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the hood sealing weather-strip from the air inlet grille panels.
3. Remove the windshield wiper arms and blades.
4. Remove the air inlet grille panel twist-type screws across the top of the air inlet grille panel.

Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement: Removal Procedure:

5. Remove the air inlet grille panel screw located on the left side by the fender.
6. Remove the air inlet grille panels.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the air inlet grille panels.
2. Install the air inlet grille panel screw on the left side by the fender.

Tighten
Tighten the air inlet grille panel screw until it is fully seated. Do NOT strip the air inlet grille panel screw.

Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement: Installation Procedure:

3. Install the air inlet grille panel twist-type screws across the top of the air inlet grille panel.
4. Install the windshield wiper arms and blades.
5. Install the hood sealing weather-strip to the air inlet grille panels.
6. Close the hood.
