Driver Information Center

Several messages related to the ABS/TCS may be displayed on the Driver Information Center (DIC), they are:
1. TRACTION ENGAGED: This message is displayed when TCS has been active for at least 3 seconds.
2. TRACTION SUSPENDED: This message is displayed when TCS has been temporarily inhibited due to brake rotor or catalytic converter over temperature conditions.
3. TRACTION OFF: This message is displayed when the Traction On/Off Switch has been activated while the TCS is in the ON state.
4. TRACTION READY: This message is displayed when the Traction On/Off Switch has been activated while the TCS is in the OFF state or TCS has been re-enabled while in a temporarily inhibited state.
5. STABILITY REDUCED: This message is displayed when ICCS 2 fault(s) are detected. A single pulse chime will accompany the message.
*6. STABILITY ENGAGED: This message is displayed when ICCS 2 differential braking is active for at least 1 second.
*7. SERVICE-STEERING SYSTEM: This message is displayed when Magna Steers fault(s) are detected. A single pulse chime will accompany the message.

NOTE: Whenever the ANTILOCK indicator is ON, the TRACTION CONTROL indicator will also be ON. Most conditions which cause the TRACTION CONTROL indicator to turn ON, will also cause the ANTILOCK indicator to turn ON.

*NOTE: Only used in ICC system.
