Battery Volts Low Message

The IPC monitors battery voltage on connector C1 terminals "A1" and "B1," as a part of its self-diagnostic checks. If a low battery voltage (below 10-volts) condition exists, DTC B1981 will be set and the message BATTERY VOLTS LOW will be displayed.
