Fuel Pump: Description and Operation

Fuel Sender Assembly:

The electric fuel pump is a GEN III turbine pump located inside the modular fuel sender. The electric fuel pump operation is controlled by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) through the fuel pump relay or by the oil pressure switch.
