Speed Flashes at 75 MPH

When the EEPROM option Byte #2 (Option B) is set for Saudi Arabia the speedometer will flash if the vehicle speed is greater the 75 MPH. When the vehicle is traveling above 75 MPH the display will flash and the actual vehicle speed will continue to be displayed.
