Fig. 25 Thermostat Replacement:

1. Drain cooling system, then remove front end beauty panel and air cleaner.
2. Remove thermostat housing mounting bolts, then the housing, Fig. 25.
3. Remove thermostat and O-ring from housing.
4. Reverse procedure to install.
