CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

The presence of this DTC indicates that all three key codes or passwords stored in EEPROM do not match one another, or are all ones, or all zeros. There is no other message associated with this problem. A faulty IPC is the only probable cause if this is the only DTC. If other DTCs exist, trouble-shoot them first.
