Circuit Operation

At all times, battery voltage is applied to terminals "1" and "3" of the Horn Relay "B". Pressing the Horn Switch will ground the Horn Relay "B" coil. Relay "B" energizes and battery voltage is applied to the horns. The horns sound until the Horn Switch is released.
