Part Throttle Detent Downshift

At vehicle speeds of 40-55 mph in 4th gear, quickly increase throttle angle. Verify that TCC releases TCC output changes from On to Off, transaxle downshifts to 3rd gear immediately and solenoid A turns Off-DEFOG changes from On to Off.
