Speed Flashes at 120 KPH

When the EEPROM option register #1 is set for Saudi Arabia the speedometer will flash if the vehicle speed is greater the 120 kph. When the vehicle is traveling above 120 kph the display will flash and the actual vehicle speed will continue to be displayed. To verify proper vehicle configuration, refer to "IPC Diagnostic Parameters" in this section, specifically IS08 and IS09 (IPC EEPROM OPTION CONTENT).
