DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this diagnostic test is to detect a problem with the Heated Windshield fast idle request circuit to the PCM. When the circuit is grounded by the Heated Windshield module, the PCM will increase idle speed to compensate for the electrical load placed on the generator. If the signal is low for more than 10 minutes, Code P092 will set.

TEST CONDITIONS:
Engine running.

FAILURE CONDITIONS:
Heated windshield request present at the PCM for more than 10 minutes.

ACTION TAKEN:
PCM turns 'ON' the 'SERVICE VEHICLE SOON' message.
