TEST CONDITIONS:
The RSS module monitors the communication signals between its three internal microprocessors.

FAULT CONDITIONS:
If a fault is seen, a code is set.

ACTION TAKEN:
Set code SO50, turn on "SERVICE RIDE CONTROL" message, command all four dampers to firm.

DESCRIPTION:
Since code S050 is an internal fault to the RSS module, there is no repair and the module must be replaced.

NOTES ON FAULT TREE:
1. Service replacement control modules may have a code 50 stored in memory when shipped. After replacement of a control module perform the RSS Module Calibration procedure and Trim Height Adjustment procedure.

WHEN ALL DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE, CLEAR CODES AND VERIFY OPERATION.
