Transaxle Mount

TRANSAXLE MOUNT 4T60 (440-T4) - LEFT SIDE REAR












REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Raise car.
2. Support transaxle with jack. Assure suitable support for rear of car.
3. Nuts attaching mount to cradle.
4. Nuts attaching mount to transaxle mounting bracket.
5. Mount.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Mount into position.
2. Nuts attaching mount to transaxle mounting bracket, nuts attaching mount to cradle.

TRANSAXLE MOUNT - RIGHT REAR









REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Raise car.
2. Support transaxle with jack. Assure suitable support for rear of car.
3. Exhaust heat shield from mounting bracket.
4. Three mount attaching nuts.
5. Three mount bracket attaching bolts.
6. Separate mount from bracket and remove mount.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Mount into position.
2. Start all mount and bracket attachments.

TIGHTEN
^ Mount to cradle nut to 100 Nm (75 ft. lbs.).
^ Mount to bracket nuts to 45 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
^ Bracket to transaxle bolts to 70 Nm (50 ft. lbs.).
^ Bracket to brace bolt to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).

3. Heat shield to bracket.
4. Remove transaxle jack.
5. Lower car.
