Turn Signal Flasher: Locations

The instrument panel fuse panel is located under the lefthand side of the instrument panel. The engine compartment fuse panel is located at the rear of the engine compartment at the bulkhead.
On all Cadillac and 1989-91 other models, the turn signal flasher is located behind the lefthand side of the instrument panel on the lefthand side of the steering column. On 1992 models except Cadillac, the turn signal flasher is located below the instrument panel on top of the left hand shroud. On Buick Electra and Park Avenue and 1989-90 LeSabre models, the hazard flasher is located behind the lefthand side of the instrument panel at the lefthand side of the steering column. On 1991 Buick LeSabre models, the hazard flasher is located below the lefthand side of the instrument panel near the brake pedal. On 1989-90 Cadillac, Oldsmobile and Pontiac models, the hazard flasher is located behind the lefthand side of the instrument panel on the righthand side of the steering column. On 1991-92 Cadillac models, the hazard flasher is located below the lefthand side of the instrument panel at the top of the brake pedal support. On 1991-92 Oldsmobile and Pontiac models, the hazard flasher is located behind the lefthand side of the instrument panel on the righthand side of the steering column support.
