Radiator: Service and Repair
RADIATORREMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Coolant.
3. Left and right cooling fans.
4. Upper radiator hose.
5. Engine oil cooler lines at radiator.
6. Transaxle oil cooler lines and auxiliary cooler at radiator.
7. Lower radiator hose at radiator.
8. Radiator assembly.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Radiator assembly.
2. Lower radiator hose at radiator.
3. Transaxle oil cooler lines and auxiliary cooler at radiator.
TIGHTEN
^ Transaxle oil cooler line fittings to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
4. Engine oil cooler lines at radiator.
TIGHTEN
^ Engine oil cooler line fittings to 39 Nm (29 ft. lbs.).
5. Upper radiator hose to radiator.
6. Left and right cooling fans.
7. Coolant reservoir at radiator filler neck.
8. Coolant.
