DESCRIPTION The set/coast switch is a normally open switch that supplies 12 volts to the ECM when pushed. ECM input EI83 is "LO" with the button not pressed and "HI" with the button depressed.

Notes on Intermittents
Select ECM input EI83 and observe the status while holding the set/coast button in and manipulating affected wiring. If the fault is induced, the status will jump from "HI" to "LO". Repair intermittent open in CKT 84.
