Engine Mount Strut Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir nuts and push pin retainer.
2. Remove the recovery reservoir from the studs and position the reservoir aside.




3. Remove the engine mount strut nut.




4. Remove the engine mount strut bolt.
5. Remove the engine mount strut.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the engine mount strut.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice).

2. Install the engine mount strut bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 70 N.m (52 lb ft).




3. Install the engine mount strut nut.

Tighten the nut to 70 N.m (52 lb ft).




4. Position the recovery reservoir to the studs.
5. Install the recovery reservoir nuts and push pin retainer.

Tighten the nuts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
