Radio Speaker Amplifier Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the rear window trim panel. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Adjust the sound barrier for access.
3. Use a trim pad remover or other suitable tool to remove the audio amplifier retainers.
4. Lift the audio amplifier from the rear shelf.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the audio amplifier.
6. Remove the audio amplifier.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connectors to the audio amplifier.
2. Install the audio amplifier to rear shelf.
3. Install the audio amplifier retainers.
4. Install the sound barrier.
5. Install the rear window trim panel. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
