Cooling Fan Motor Replacement - Electric

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the cooling fan assembly. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement (L26) Fan Shroud Replacement (LD8).
2. Remove the cooling fan. Refer to Cooling Fan Replacement - Electric.




3. Remove the cooling fan motor retaining bolts.




4. Remove the cooling fan motor from the fan shroud.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the cooling fan motor to the fan shroud.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the cooling fan motor retaining bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

3. Install the cooling fan. Refer to Cooling Fan Replacement - Electric.
4. Install the cooling fan assembly. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement (L26) Fan Shroud Replacement (LD8).
