Cooling Fan Replacement - Electric
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the cooling fan shroud assembly.





2. Important: The fan blade retaining nut is left hand thread, damage may occur to motor threads if attempting to remove as a right hand thread nut.

Remove the cooling fan blade retaining nut.





3. Remove the cooling fan blade.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the cooling fan blade.





2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Install the cooling fan retaining nut.
Tighten the nut to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
3. Install the cooling fan assembly.
