Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door Window

Removal Procedure

1. Place the rear door window in the full down position.
2. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer toWater Deflector Replacement - Rear Door (Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the rear door inner belt sealing strip. Refer toSealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Inner (Service and Repair) .
4. Remove the rear door stationary window molding. Refer toWindow Replacement - Rear Door Stationary (Service and Repair) .




5. Remove the rear door window weatherstrip from the rear door.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the rear door window weatherstrip to the rear door window.
2. Starting in the corner and working outwards, press the rear door window weatherstrip to the rear door until fully seated.
3. Install the rear door stationary window molding. Refer toWindow Replacement - Rear Door Stationary (Service and Repair) .
4. Install the rear door inner belt sealing strip. Refer toSealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Inner (Service and Repair) .
5. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer toWater Deflector Replacement - Rear Door (Service and Repair) .
6. Close the rear door window.
