112. Camshaft Position Actuator Installation - Left Exhaust

Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator Installation - Left Exhaust

1. Notice: Refer to Torque Reaction Against Timing Drive Chain Notice in Service Precautions.

Use an open wrench on the hex cast into the camshaft in order to prevent camshaft rotation when tightening the camshaft position actuator bolt.





2. Install the left exhaust camshaft position actuator.

3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the camshaft position actuator bolt.
Tighten the camshaft position actuator bolt to 58 Nm (43 ft. lbs.).
