Fuel Filler Door Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the fuel filler door.
2. Remove the fuel filler pocket. Refer to Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement (Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement) .




3. Remove the fuel filler door retaining nuts from the inside of the quarter panel.
4. Remove the fuel filler door.



Installation Procedure





1. Align the fuel filter door to the holes in the quarter panel.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the nuts inside of the quarter panel to the studs on the fuel filler door.

Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Install the fuel filler pocket. Refer to Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement (Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement) .
4. Close the fuel filler door.
