Luggage Compartment (Ajar Indicator)

LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT (AJAR INDICATOR)

TRUNK AJAR - 24
The IPC illuminates the TRUNK AJAR - 24 indicator in the DIC when the rear integration module (RIM) detects that the trunk is ajar or open (signal circuit is low). The IPC receives a class 2 message from the RIM requesting illumination. The IPC sends a class 2 message to the radio in order to activate an audible warning.
