Steering Wheel HVAC Control Assembly Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the steering wheel.
2. Remove the three fasteners (2, 3) securing the rear cover (1).
3. Remove the rear cover (1).




4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
5. Use a small blade tool in order to remove the HVAC control switch from the steering wheel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connector.
2. Install the steering wheel HVAC control switch.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the steering wheel rear cover.

Tighten
Tighten the rear cover fasteners to 3 N.m (26.5 lb.in).




4. Install the steering wheel.
