Rear Seat Back Body Panel Sound Barrier Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement (Rear Seat Cushion Replacement) in Seats.
2. Remove the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Non Folding) (Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Non Folding))Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Folding) (Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Folding)) in Seats.
3. Remove the rear window trim panel. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Remove the upper quarter trim panel. Refer to Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement (Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement).
5. Remove the lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement).
6. On the split rear seat, remove the push-in retainers holding the rear compartment trim. Move the trim into the rear compartment.




7. Remove the sound barrier.

Installation Procedure

1. Reposition the rear compartment trim and install the push in retainers.




2. Install the sound barrier.
3. Install the rear window trim panel. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Install the upper quarter trim panel. Refer to Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement (Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement).
5. Install the lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement).
6. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Non Folding) (Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Non Folding))Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Folding) (Rear Seat Back Cushion Replacement (Folding)) in Seats.
7. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement (Rear Seat Cushion Replacement) in Seats.
