Door Jamb Switches

The CTD system monitors the inputs of the following components in order to activate the alarm:
^ The front door jamb switches
^ The rear door jamb switches

The respective door modules detect a ground input when the following actions occur:
^ The CTD system arms.
^ The passenger door opens (the switch closes). The door module sends a message via the Simple Bus Interface (SBI) serial data line to the Driver Door Module (DDM), except for when the left front door jamb switch closes. The DDM sends a door open message via the class 2 data line to the RFA module when the following actions occur:
^ The DDM detects a ground input.
^ The DDM receives an open door message.

When the RFA receives this message, the RFA enters the alarm mode.
