Sunroof / Moonroof Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Insert a flat-bladed tool at the rear edge of the access door in order to disengage the lock tab.
2. Disengage the forward tabs from the overhead console.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
4. Remove the 2 screws (1) from the sunroof switch to the overhead console.
5. Remove the switch.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the switch.
2. Install the 2 screws (1) attaching the sunroof switch to the overhead console.
3. Connect the electrical connector.
4. Position the access door. Align the forward tabs into the overhead console.
5. Push upward the access door in order to engage the rear lock tab.

IMPORTANT: Return the springs to the position noted during removal.

2. Install the spring (3) and the pin (5) in the deflector lift arm (one per side.
