Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right

Removal Procedure

1. Disable the SIR system.
2. Remove the right sound insulator fasteners (2) from the IP.
3. Disconnect the following components:
^ The courtesy lamp
^ The DSIR connector
^ The DTM sensor connector
4. Remove the right sound insulator (1).

Installation Procedure

1. Connect the following components to the insulator:
^ The courtesy lamp
^ The DSIR connector
^ The DTM sensor connector
2. Position the right sound insulator (1) to the IP.
3. Install the fasteners (2) to the IP.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

4. Enable the SIR system.
