Rear Brace

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the EVAP canister purge solenoid from the generator rear brace.
2. Remove the generator brace bolts.
3. Remove the generator rear brace from the engine.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the generator rear brace to the engine.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the generator brace bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the generator brace bolts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

3. Install the EVAP canister purge solenoid to the generator rear brace.
