Speed Sensor Buffer

The vehicle speed sensor (VSS) buffer assembly receives a signal from the VSS (permanent magnet generator) indicating the speed of the vehicle. This signal is then processed by the VSS buffer assembly and supplied to the engine control module (ECM), the cruise control module assembly and the speedometer assembly.
