Troubleshooting Hints

PERFORM BEFORE BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
1. Check Rear Fuse Block PWR DR LK Fuse by operating the power door locks. If open, check CKT 1540 (ORN) for a short to ground.
2. Check seat belt for binding that could prevent it from retracting.
3. Make sure ground G201 is clean and tight.
4. Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check. (Refer to Troubleshooting Procedures.)
5. Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may effect the integrity of other systems. (Refer to Troubleshooting Procedures). Diagnostic Aids
