Daytime Running Lamp: Description and Operation

Daytime running lamps are standard equipment. This system works in conjunction with the twilight sentinel to control the headlamps. The low beam headlamps come on at a reduced intensity when the vehicle shift lever is moved out of "PARK" and at normal intensity during night conditions.
