Compression (NR)

This function processes the audio signal and makes quieter passages louder, allowing the music to be heard in an automotive environment. The (NR) button serves a dual function with one of the radio presets.

Depressing this control in the CD mode, toggles compression on or off. The unit will stay m the selected mode until reset by the operator or battery power is lost.

The Compression symbol (Comp) is displayed while this feature is in effect
Compression is only effective only in the CD mode
