Dual

REMOVAL
1. Raise vehicle and suitably support.
2. Support mufflers, exhaust pipe and three way catalytic converter.





3. Cut exhaust pipe from right and left exhaust mufflers. Cut must be made approximately 38 mm (1.5 inches) from the mufflers to ensure adequate overlap for clamping.
4. Exhaust pipe bolts and three way catalytic converter gasket from three way catalytic converter.





5. Hangers, and insulator, as used.
6. Exhaust pipe from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. New exhaust pipe to vehicle and support.
2. Hangers, and insulators, as used.
3. A new three way catalytic converter gasket to the front flange of the exhaust pipe.
4. Exhaust pipe clamps to original mufflers. Do not tighten exhaust pipe clamp nuts.
5. Bolts through flange on exhaust pipe, gasket and three way catalytic converter. Do not tighten bolts.





6. Exhaust pipe to mufflers. Tighten
^ Exhaust Pipe clamp nuts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
^ Bolts to three way catalytic converter to 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs.).
7. Lower vehicle.
