ETS Inhibited Operation

There are a number of reasons that the Enhanced Traction System (ETS) will be disabled:
^ ETS switch (TRAC) is in the OFF position.
^ Electronic Brake Traction Control Module (EBTCM) senses a valid brake switch input.
^ Park brake is engaged.
^ Catalytic converter temperature rises above the normal operating range.
^ Intake air temperature is outside operating range.
^ Powertrain Control Module (PCM) sets a Diagnostic Trouble Control (DTC) that turns on the CHECK ENGINE indicator.
^ EBTCM sets any wheel speed sensor DTC and DTC C1275 (Serial Data Communication link malfunction).
