Outside Handle

Outside Handle, Front Door:

Remove or Disconnect

Important
^ Window must be in the full-up position

1. Trim panel.
2. Water deflector.
3. Plug.
4. Rod from outside handle.
5. Key cylinder rod.
6. Insert key into key cylinder and rotate key towards the front of the car until it stops.
7. Two bolts.
8. Gently flex lower rivets to the side to allow ribs to disengage from outer panel flange.
9. Outside handle.

Install or Connect

1. Insert key and rotate cylinder pawl all the way up until it stops on handle support.
2. Hold key cylinder rod in a horizontal position against back of handle.
3. Outside handle..
4. Push at lower portion of handle assembly to snap ribs in place.
5. Two screws.
6. Rods to handle.
7. Plug.
8. Water deflector and trim panel.
9. Trim Panel.
