Headlamp: Service and Repair

Remove or Disconnect
1. Two bolts at the inboard edge of headlamp.
2. Position the headlamp outboard to disengage pins at rear of headlamp.
3. Electrical connectors from headlamp.
4. Bulbs from the headlamp.

Install or Connect
1. Bulb to headlamp.
2. Electrical connectors.
3. Position the headlamp inboard to engage pins at rear of headlamp.
4. Two bolts to the inboard edge of headlamp.

Tighten
^ Bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb. in.).

5. If new headlamp has been installed, remove the horizontal aim adjuster restrictor from headlamp and discard.
6. Check headlamp aim.
