With Memory Seats

For Buick vehicles equipped with Memory Seats, the LH Seat Switch provides inputs to the Memory Seat/Mirror Control Module for recline up and recline down.

Voltage is applied at all times through RH Rear Power Distribution Center Fuse Block #2 PWR ST Circuit Breaker 3 to the seat recliner switches. The inputs to the Memory Seat/Mirror Control Module are normally grounded to G202 through the LH Seat Switch recline up and recline down contacts. With the switch in either the RECLINE UP or RECLINE DOWN position, voltage is applied through the respective contact to the Memory Seat/Mirror Control Module input. The Memory Seat/Mirror Control Module then supplies the appropriate voltage to the Recline Motor so that the seat will recline up or recline down.
