1. Remove switch plate with small thin bladed tool at forward retainer clip.
2. Disconnect wire harness.
3. Insert small thin-bladed tool between side of warning lamp/reflector and armrest base to release retaining tab.
4. Disconnect wire connector.
5. Remove escutcheon screw.
6. Disconnect wire harness.
7. Disconnect lock control lever and escutcheon.
8. Remove two screws and pull handle (Park Avenue).
9. Remove trim panel retaining screws.
10. Release trim panel fasteners.
11. Carefully feed wire harness through door.
12. Remove trim panel.
13. Disconnect wire connector and speaker (if equipped).
14. Remove armrest bracket and pull handle brackets then carefully peel water deflector from inner door panel.
15. Remove two screws from the back of the HVAC control (RH side) or headlamp switch (LH side) then remove control/switch from applique.
16. Remove six applique nuts.
17 Remove applique.
18. Gently pry courtesy lamp lens and remove.
19. Remove eight nuts.
20. Remove carpet.
21. Remove speaker cover.
