54 34 159 Removing and installing left soft top fastener







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove cowl panel trim
- Put down soft top (open)







When replacing the cowl panel closure:
Before removing, mark position of screws to ensure correct alignment during installation.

When replacing the soft top linkage:
Before removing, mark position of the closure to ensure correct alignment during installation.
Open the retaining clip and unclip the ball head (2).
Release screws (1).

Installation note:
Replace screws.







Ideal setting:
Soft top must close flush with cowl panel.
Observe gap dimensions.
