51 16 166 Replacing Centre Console







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove actuator drive in storage compartment

Additionally if telephone optional equipment installed:
- Remove eject box







Raise mat insert (1) with suitable tool and remove.







Release screws (1) and remove storage compartment (2).







If telephone optional equipment installed:
Raise both mat inserts (1) with suitable tool and remove.

Installation:
Mat inserts (1) are installation-encoded (2). Note different diameters when installing.







Release screws (1).
Remove storage compartment (2) from centre console (3).







Release screws (1).
Remove trim for drinks holder (2) and holder for drinks holder (2) from centre console (3).
