Removing And Installing Complete Mounting Bracket For Windshield Wiper System (with Motor)

Remove sound insulation from firewall (top).







Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Unscrew bolt (2).
Fold bar (3) forwards in direction of arrow.







Release screws (1) and nuts (2).

Installation:
If necessary, replace damping rings.
Insert screws (1) and nuts (2) from left to right until hand-tight.
Tighten down screws (1) and nuts (2) in sequence (A1-A7) to specified tightening torque, 61 61 6AZ







Remove mounting bracket for windshield wiper system (1) in direction of arrow.

Installation:
Before installing wiper arms, allow wiper motor to return to its rest position.
To ensure the wiper system works properly, check and correct the contact angle of the wiper arms.
