Electronic Brake Control Module: Service and Repair

Note: Before removing the ABS/ASC+T/DSC control module, read out the fault memory and if necessary print out the fault code.

Remove right glovebox.





Unfasten bolts (1), pull cable out of bracket and remove finisher from metal carrier toward rear.





Open cable connector (1).





1. Press detent for control unit downward.
2. Tilt control unit to left at bottom out of bracket.





1. Open detent for plug connector.
2. Remove connector from control unit by tilting out.
