Replacing wooden finisher for OBD socket:
Snap out locking element (1) and lift out trim (2) for (OBD plug).
(3) Hand mirror
Detach retaining strap from mounting of cup holder.







Release locking washers (1) by destroying them and replace wooden finisher (2).







Installation:
Fit new wooden finisher and secure with new locking washers (3).
Insert retaining strap (1) in support (2).
Clip trim into place and if necessary align gap.







Replacing cover for cup holder (with wooden finisher):

Open cup holder.

NOTE: If necessary, use a hand mirror (1) for better visibility.

Unhook rack (2) from front section (3) towards right.







Unlock hook (1) on left/right in center area of cup holder front section (2) and detach from cup holder rear section (3).

NOTE: If necessary, use a hand mirror for better visibility.







Installation:
Rack (1) on cup holder (2) must not be damaged.







Installation:
During installation, rack (1) must be hooked into bore (2) in cup holder (3) and snapped into place.







Take new trim assembly, insert guide in center rail, raise rear cover (1) slightly and snap front section (2) with center section (3) into place.
Center section (3) must be held in the process.







NOTE: If necessary, use a hand mirror (1) for better visibility.

Insert rack (2) into bore in front section (3) and hook in towards left.
Carry out function check and note gap of cup holder.







Replacing wooden finisher for cup holder:
Remove cover for cup holder (with wooden finisher).
Press together legs on both setting levers (1) and snap out.

CAUTION: Do not lose spring (2).

Installation:
Insert one leg of spring (2) in opening (3) in plastic cover (4).







Snap out hook (1) and detach plastic cover (2) from cup holder front section (3).

Installation:
Snap plastic cover (2) into correct position.







Release nuts (1) with toothed washers and remove wooden finisher (2) from cup holder front section (3).

Installation:
Fit and screw down wooden finisher (note installation position).

7AZ Wooden finisher on cup holder, front 0.5 Nm


Carry out function check of gap.







Installation:
Threads (1) of wooden finisher (2) must not be damaged.
