Replacing Diode Plate


NOTE: Alternator removed





- Unscrew capacitor and cover.


CAUTION: Excessive heat from soldering iron will destroy diodes.





- Unsolder stator winding on diode plate




- Unscrew screws and take off diode plate.
Installation:
- Check that insulating sleeves are in satisfactory condition.
