*D* Defect Code Memory: Excess current at relay module outputs:

Explanation: The output currents of following PM outputs are monitored internally in the PM. The defect code is stored when an impermissibly high output current is measured.

Monitored RM outputs:
- Water pump PM Pin 9 (KS)
- Intensive wash PM Pin 22 (K42)
- Wiper: Park position PM Pin 8 (K36), stage 1 RM Pin 24 (K37), stage 2 PM Pin 21 (K38)
- Intensive wash PM Pin 22 (K42)
- Consumer load cutout PM Pin 6 (K72)
- Unlock rear lid PM Pin 5 (K70)

Possible causes:
- Wires
- Defective components
