Remove and Install

Fuel Injector Removal:

1. Loosen the hose clamps on the intake air boot and remove the boot.
2. Lift out the two plastic caps on the fuel injector wire harness conduit.
3. Unscrew the 5 mm Allen head screws and carefully pry the conduit from the injectors.
4. Unscrew the three bolts connecting the fuel injector rail to the intake manifold.
5. Pull the injector rail up until it clears the intake manifold guide.
6. Carefully slide the injector retainer off and disconnect the fuel injectors.
