Spray Nozzles

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Hose Clamps Up To 25 mm (3094)

• Hose Clamp Pliers (V.A.G 1275)

Removing






- Remove front bumper cover.

• Lay cloths between bumper and pliers to protect bumper cover.

- Pull spray nozzle telescope out of bumper cover as far as stop.

• Hold telescope in extended position with pliers.

- Spread side walls of cover - 1 - for spray nozzle - arrow A - and swing cover down - arrow B -.

- Carefully disengage cover side walls from retaining pins - 2 - and - 3 -.

- Clamp off the windshield washer fluid hose - 1 - with hose clamps (3094).






• Lay a cloth under the point of separation to catch any washer fluid.






- Remove fluid hose - 2 - from spray nozzle - 1 -.

- Remove screws - arrows - and remove spray nozzle.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Secure all hose connections using standard hose clamps. Refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

- Install the clamp with (V.A.G 1275).

- Install front bumper cover.
