General Information

• At the start of production, the A/C compressors manufactured by "Denso" (type "6 SEU 14") were installed. A/C compressors from other manufacturers or another type may also be installed at a later time.

• Compressors on vehicles with 6 cylinder TDI engine can be removed and installed at the bracket without opening the refrigerant lines. Refer to=> [ A/C Compressor From Bracket ] A/C Compressor from Bracket.

• For 6 cylinder gas engines or 12 cylinder engine, the A/C compressor may be dismantled and removed from the mount only when the refrigerant circuit is open. Refer to 6 cylinder gasoline => [ Compressor ] Compressor or 12 cylinder => [ A/C Compressor from Bracket ] A/C Compressor from Bracket.
